In 1902, Cuba became an independent Republic under the watchful eye of the USA. Cuba has had several Constitution revisions since 1902. These Constitutions can be viewed on the Internet from several sources, including the US Library of Congress.The Government of Cuba today is socialist (Marxist and Communist are not terms often employed by Cuba today). There is only one political party: the Cuban Communist Party or PCC.
There are three divisions: (1) Executive Branch:
